This evacuation exercise is designed to be as realistic as possible, with a realistic scenario! It focuses on a full evacuation of the business premises or a departmental evacuation. Various staging materials can be used, such as smoke, light effects, sounds, real fire, fake bombs, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This exercise takes a maximum of 30 minutes out of business productivity.
After the exercise, the Vuurrood Veiligheid facilitators will conduct an on-site verbal evaluation with the emergency response team (BHV organization) to address areas for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The staff will not be informed in advance. The realistic training involves scenarios, including the use of smoke machines and Lotus casualties (Lotus casualties are charged separately from this package).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This evacuation exercise is as realistic as possible and is classified as a phase 3 (F3) exercise in terms of difficulty level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n For this exercise, the Vuurrood Veiligheid evacuation facilitators will prepare in advance, supported by the BHV plan\/Company Emergency Plan\/Evacuation Plan provided beforehand Filming the Phase 3 Evacuation Exercise:<\/strong> We can include your company logo and slogan, add text to the video, include photo or background clips, create a title sequence, and add credits to your film. A preview of the edited video will be provided for your feedback. You will have the final say on the finished product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If drone footage is desired, a second cameraman will be required. The Phase 3 evacuation exercise can also be filmed. A cameraman will record the assembly area using a tripod and camera while capturing the start of the alarm process and shadowing the team leader with a mobile camera. After gathering footage, you can work with the cameraman during an evaluation session to edit the clips into a short 3-4 minute video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
