An First Aid Basic course is a structured and accessible training program that teaches individuals the fundamental principles of First Aid. Course content
The course includes e-learning. Upon purchasing our course, you will receive login credentials for this e-learning platform. Through this platform, we provide the theoretical content covered in our courses, ensuring that you are well-prepared. We recommend dedicating a minimum of 3 hours to online theory. At the end of the e-learning, the material covered will be assessed through an exam.
Practice day
During this course, First Aid is covered. You will receive explanations on the best approach to the victim, how to apply bandages, information on various medical conditions, and practice on how to perform CPR with an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator). These skills will be practiced, including hands-on training with a mannequin.
We will provide a comprehensive lunch on this day, and coffee/tea will be included.
