A Basic Resuscitation + AED course is a training program that equips participants with essential skills in performing CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). This course is designed to teach individuals how to provide life-saving assistance to someone who has suffered a cardiac arrest. Participants learn the correct resuscitation techniques and how to safely and effectively use an AED to restore normal heart rhythm. The primary goal is to enable participants to act quickly and efficiently in emergency situations where every second counts.

Practical Day
During the practical day, you will learn how to perform CPR with an AED. The exercises are conducted using a training mannequin.
