Annual Maintenance of Emergency Lighting:

The inspection of emergency lighting is conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the Dutch Association of Emergency Lighting Manufacturers.

As per current regulations in the ARBO law, emergency lighting fixtures must be inspected annually.

The tasks involved include testing the fixtures and the batteries present, performing a duration test, and replacing the TL (fluorescent) lamps.

After the inspection, a work order is filled out by the technician, which must be signed by the building manager. A copy of this work order is then left on-site.

Repairs are always discussed in advance and are carried out at an hourly rate of €45.00 per hour, with parts charged at the prevailing prices.

The inspection price is based on normally accessible fixtures up to a height of three meters.

Higher fixtures are inspected at the hourly rate, excluding the cost of renting climbing equipment.

The price of an 8-watt TL tube is €3.75, with a mandatory disposal fee of €0.29 net per tube.
