The Checklist for Safe Maintenance on and of Buildings 2012 is used to demonstrate whether an application for a building permit (omgevingsvergunning) complies with the requirements set out in Section 6.12 of the Building Decree 2012. The use of this checklist is mandated by Article 1.13 of the Building Decree Regulation 2012 (Regeling Bouwbesluit 2012). Additionally, the checklist is included as a submission requirement in the Regulation on Environmental Law (Mor), specifically in Article 2.2, for an application for a building permit.
